Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Items must stay unused with original packaging.

Damaged items: submit photo/video proof within 7 days of receipt. We cover return shipping for manufacturing or transit defects.
Customer change of mind: buyer pays return shipping. Refunds process in 5–10 business days after inspection.Custom window shades & custom cut parts:

Returns are only available for manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days.

On cloudy or rainy days, charging may be minimal. However, the built-in rechargeable battery stores enough power to keep your shade running for extended periods. If sunlight is lacking for a long time, you may occasionally need to charge manually via USB.

We recommend installing it on windows that receive direct sunlight, such as south-, east-, or west-facing windows. North-facing windows may not provide enough sunlight to charge the battery efficiently.Avoid triple-pane or heavily tinted windows.

Mount it inside the window, either directly on the glass using the included adhesive, or on the window frame with the mounting brackets. Make sure the panel is not blocked by curtains, blinds, or furniture.

This panel is designed for indoor use only and is not waterproof. It should not be exposed to rain or moisture. If you need an outdoor solution, please choose a weather-resistant outdoor solar panel. For indoor windows, it's perfectly safe and reliable.

Charging time depends on sunlight. On a sunny day, 4–6 hours of direct sunlight typically achieves a full charge. The panel continuously tops up the battery during the day, reducing the need for manual charging. (Built-in battery stores power for cloudy days.)

No. Each Canisteo Indoor Solar Panel is designed as a dedicated 1-to-1 charging solution for a single shade. The panel’s output is calibrated to match one motor’s battery and power draw; connecting it to two shades is not supported and may result in insufficient or unstable charging for both.
