My Room becomes much darker with these curtains. The build is quality is good, doesn’t feel cheap. They look cool and sleek compared to traditional black out curtains. they don’t block out 100% of light, which might be a problem for some people. but that’s okay for me because it’s just the right amount
They don’t roll up on you at all. They look sleek and really elevated the room.
The installation was super easy and they work so very well. Plus if u notice in the pic's - the windows are very odd - not your conventional windows.

These blinds are excellent. Unfortunately the window is 1/4 inch off so light shines through the sides but not too bad. Quality is excellent. I have bought six plain to buy more.
Good quality, easy to install and blackout thickness is perfect. I installed three of these blinds in my kitchen, where the direct desert sun is brutal in summer. I added handmade top frame valances and a valance curtain on the longest one to block out strips of light resulting from the inside mounting gap that occurs when blind is unrolled down to window sash.
We’ve ordered more for other windows in our house.
After purchasing nearly 4 other types of blinds for my nursery I'm happy to say these are the best budget blackout blinds out there! They look clean, they roll up nice and overall I'm very happy.
Been looking for a blackout shade for my bedroom window. I’ve tried other products but none compared to this. Very easy to install, very quiet when rolling down or up & also looks very sleek and modern. Overall Great value for the money. I set mine for outside frame since I have blinds on window already but the blinds do not keep the sun out completely.

Exactly as ordered! Total black out with only a half-inch seam of light on the edges. The roller shades cut out the light entirely. I have sheers to cover the edges. Rolls up and down smoothly.
Works really well and better than the picture makes it seem. Easy to set up and like others have said, some light gets through on the sides, but not enough to glare on my TV so I'm happy with it.
We all know blinds are a pain to install but these were so ridiculously easy to install. I recommend if you're the husband tell your wife to go shopping for the day. I installed 5 in less than an hour. The rest of the day I watched TV and played in the garage :) When wife gets home tell her it was miserable and took most of the day lol Then show her how they work with the touch of a button! Don't forget to charge the batteries first.

The first shade arrived and it had a small dent in it, I contacted the seller and they are sending me a new one... I ordered a second shade and it is perfect. They look like Hunter Douglas and their motorized shades are less than a non-motorized Hunter Douglas. I am putting them on all of the bedroom windows in our house that we are living in while we build a new house. As long as they keep working, (and I can see no reason they won't as the construction is solid) I am going to put dozens of them in my new house. They are well made, their support is great.

I rarely write a review but the great experience I had made me to write this review. I wanted to customize a shade for our front entrance to protect us from sun and heat. I needed it within specific dimensions to be fit in our front porch arch. I customized it myself and ordered it but b/c I was not sure with my selection I decided to cancel it. Jason from customer service messaged me to process the cancellation. I let him know my concerns. He patiently helped me and spent a lot of time with me on shade specifications. He provided me extention cords for free to be able to charge the shade on 19' height arch. Eventually I received my shade with great quality and I love it. Storagely recommend it to everyone looking for power shade.

These awesome shades replaced my plantation shutters. They let in so much more light when open. I use Lutron Caseta switches for lights, Apple Homekit (Home) running on Apple TV 4k 3rd Gen as hub. These shades connected right away, and I automated them to open and close at sunrise/sunset. They also respond to Siri "Close shades halfway" and other commands. My wife just uses the included remote, so they work however you want.
The iPad Mini 3 as a hub was not stable, I recommend Apple TV with the thread motors from Canisteo.
I chose the battery power, so I will just plug into the wall once every 6mo to recharge them, easy.
Let me just say I was skeptical of the price but pleasantly surprised when it showed up. Super durable packaging. Fits exactly to the provided measurements and specifications. Remote works well and the solar panel is able to charge the battery even in partial light.

We needed a blackout shade to keep the sunlight from waking up our little guy each nap and at night as we approach summer. This shade was fairly easy to install, came with the mounting hardware required, and is very study. It’s cordless so it works great for the nursery.
Would have liked a longer standard length cord (without having to use an extension).
