Standard accessories (remotes, ready parts):
Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Items must stay unused with original packaging.
Contact support@canisteoblinds.com for return authorization before sending back.
Damaged items: submit photo/video proof within 7 days of receipt. We cover return shipping for manufacturing or transit defects.
Customer change of mind: buyer pays return shipping. Refunds process in 5–10 business days after inspection.Custom window shades & custom cut parts:
Custom items cannot be returned for change of mind, wrong measurements or color selection.
Returns are only available for manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days.
Prior return authorization is required for all returns.
