Shipping Damage Claims

In the rare event of shipping damage, please contact support@canisteoblinds.com and provide photo or video evidence. We will promptly address the issue for you. 

NOTICE: Shipping Damage Claims must be submitted within 7 days of product receipt. We will not accept claims beyond this period. 

Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, all requests must be directed to Canisteo and submitted to support@canisteoblinds.com. Please include proof of purchase along with photos or videos of the damaged product. We recommend contacting us at support@canisteoblinds.com before submitting a claim, as there may be a simple solution to your issue. Valid warranty claims will be processed by Canisteo within 2 years of the initial purchase. 

Limitation of Damages

Except as prohibited by applicable law, Canisteo shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if Canisteo has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
