The reason I paid for motorized top down bottom up was to stop choosing between a bright room and a private one. With these I keep both. During the day the bottom sits up at eye level so nobody looks in but I see out and light pours from the top. At night a voice command drops the whole thing for total blackout. The fabric is heavy enough to lie flat with no curling. Setup with my system was smooth and the group scenes mean the whole floor moves together. The cords are gone which makes the space feel clean and safe.

Custom fit was spot on and installation was super quick.

My partner and I have opposite schedules and these finally solved it. I sleep in total blackout during the day while they keep a strip open at the top to move around without turning on lights. The two way control makes that work beautifully. The motor is quiet enough not to wake either of us. App scheduling lets each of us set our own times and the groups keep things organized. Install was simple and the cordless design keeps the room safe and tidy. Best upgrade we have made in the bedroom.

I did not realize how much I would use the two way control. In the morning I drop the bottom so the room brightens while the top stays open to the sky for privacy from the upstairs neighbor.
